Yoga Synthesis Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification
For individuals who have successfully completed a basic 200-hour Yoga Alliance-registered training and want to take the next step toward receiving their 500-hour teaching level.
This training is a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge and experience of yoga and explore more specialized and advanced areas of application. The training focuses on a review of foundational principles and then presents specific modules in Restorative, Yin, alignment-based forms, and breath-based forms (Vinyasa). Learn deeper breathwork, esoteric anatomy, energy and meditation practices.
Yoga philosophy, introductory Sanskrit and Ayurveda are taken into a more in-depth study. This training reinforces the practice of safe and appropriate yoga assists and adjustments. You will learn about the physiology of movement, biomechanics of alignment, for refined body reading and cueing for instruction. This training includes an introduction to yoga therapeutics, refined teaching methodology and prop techniques for specialized applications. The advanced training also has trainees working on their own final project. Main presentations and classes are taught by Raji Thron, with assistance from Yoga Synthesis Staff Teachers.

Yoga Alliance Registered
Yoga Alliance is the regulating organization for Yoga teachers and programs, which sets standards for teacher training programs worldwide. The Yoga Synthesis Teacher Training is approved by and registered with Yoga Alliance and meets the minimum Yoga Alliance requirements for a 300 hour advanced training. Upon completion of all requirements, trainees receive a certificate which can be submitted to Yoga Alliance for registration.

Tuition and Registration
Full tuition is $3,200. A $1000 deposit is required to secure applicant’s place in the training. Payment plans are available. Please make the deposit first, then you can enroll in the 4 payment plan through our registration system.
