Join Raji for a unique Creative Chakra Sequence, Breathing through the Chakras and Tibetan bowl relaxation experience. This workshop is designed to awaken your awareness of your Chakras. We will begin with an exhilarating breath movement warm-up to stimulate your whole energy system and then move into postural flows relating to each Chakra. Finally, Raji will guide you into a special breathing practice and then relaxation to the subtle tones of Tibetan singing bowls, promoting healing vibrations to release stress and restore your inner calm. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and rejuvenated.
